A collaboration?
The Genolier Innovation Hub is an innovation facilitator. We encourage and support innovative projects driven by the medical profession by providing a framework conducive to the expression and development of these initiatives.
This support for creation and development takes several forms:
- Collaboration with a Hub partner and/or resident company: Build synergies with Hub partner companies and manufacturers to accelerate innovation.
- Collaboration with a startup: Advise and become the first user of a promising innovation developed by a startup/scaleup.
- Experimentation and implementation: Integrate and test new solutions under clinical conditions.
Training & Transmission
At Genolier Innovation Hub, we are convinced that the constant development of skills is the key to innovation in healthcare. That's why we offer medical staff ongoing training and the opportunity to become trainers and pass on their knowledge.
Continuing education
Throughout the year, the Hub organizes a variety of symposia, conferences and workshops, each led by renowned experts, and opening the door to training credits. Open to all healthcare professionals, in Switzerland and abroad, these events provide an opportunity to deepen knowledge, acquire new skills and exchange ideas with colleagues, researchers, manufacturers and start-ups.
Become a trainer
Would you like to share your knowledge and experience? We offer you the opportunity to become a trainer or speaker at the Hub. As a trainer, you'll be able to lead training sessions, run interactive workshops, play a key role in the development of future leaders in medical innovation and much more... A unique opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of medicine by passing on your expertise.
Academic programs
We offer fellowship and professorship opportunities in collaboration with our renowned academic partners, such as EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and ETHZ (École polytechnique fédérale de Zurich). Translational research
The Genolier Innovation Hub is distinguished by its commitment to translational research, bridging the gap between basic research and its clinical application. Witha Phase 1 research unit and state-of-the-arttechnical facilities, including bunkers, an operating theatre, clean rooms and laboratories, researchers will be able to test and validate their innovations under real clinical conditions from 2025.
